The Southeast Wisconsin Festival of Books is an annual community celebration of literacy and the arts held the first weekend of November at the UWM at Waukesha. It is an event where local and national authors and readers of all ages come together to enjoy presentations, performances, creativity, and conversation.

This is a free community-wide event which is organized by the UWM at Waukesha Foundation in alliance with Cooperating Organizations from the community, including the Bridges Library System, All Writers’ Workplace, Waukesha Reads, Books & Company and MC Services.

The Southeast Wisconsin Festival of Books would not be possible without generous donors, sponsors and friends of our organization. If you would like to support our Festival, please  Donate or Volunteer to join us in our pursuit.
