Good Land Reads is a free directory of local book clubs featuring a matching service that helps readers find clubs based on their overall preferences, not just genre. Since launching this summer, the directory has grown to more than 150 book clubs across the greater Milwaukee area.

11:45 am–12:15 pm | Lunch Break Book Club
Take a break from the festival and join a casual, open-to-everyone bookish conversation. Swap recommendations, talk about what makes a great book club, and meet fellow readers. No book club membership required.

• 10:00–10:15 am Just attended Jane Hamilton in Conversation with Wendy Wimmer or The Artistry of Magical Realism? Stop by to explore fiction recommendations and local book clubs.
• 11:15–11:45 am After the morning’s panels, take a look at our community recommendation boards while authors sign books.
• 11:45 am–12:15 pm Join the Lunch Break Book Club for a casual conversation with fellow readers.
• 1:30–2:00 pm After Session Three, stop by during author signings to explore the poetry pinboard and share a favorite line.
• After the Session Four panels: If you’re sticking around for book sales and signings, take a moment to explore Good Land Reads before heading home.
